Terms, Conditions and Booking Policies

Welcome to AstroAura. By booking a consultation, purchasing a written report, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Professional Disclaimer

The services provided by Rahul Kumar Singh and AstroAura—including Vedic Astrology (Kundli) analysis, Scientific Palmistry, and Aura balancing—are offered as tools for personal growth, self-discovery, and strategic guidance.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: Astrology and palmistry are not exact sciences. The information provided during a reading or in a written report is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Medical & Financial Decisions: If you are facing a severe medical condition, mental health crisis, or legal dispute, you must seek the help of a licensed healthcare provider, lawyer or financial advisor. AstroAura assumes no liability for any decisions or actions taken by the client based on a consultation.

2. Client Responsibility & Data Accuracy

Astrology relies on precise mathematics. The accuracy of your birth chart depends entirely on the birth details you provide.

You are responsible for providing your exact Date of Birth, Place of Birth, and Time of Birth at the time of booking.

No refunds will be issued if a chart is cast or a session is completed using incorrect birth data provided by the client. If you discover you provided the wrong time after a report has been generated or a session has taken place, a new booking at full price will be required.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a consultation or purchase a report. If you are under 18, you must have the explicit consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

We respect your time, and we ask that you respect ours. When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment time, you must notify us via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance. We will happily move your appointment to the next available slot.

Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice are eligible for a refund, minus any payment gateway processing fees. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are strictly non-refundable, as we cannot fill that spot on short notice.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled video or in-person appointment, your fee is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Written Reports (PDFs): Because our written data reports require immediate custom preparation, all sales of PDF reports are final and non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session early if a client is disrespectful, abusive, or fails to adhere to our session guidelines. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5. In-Person Consultations (Morley, Perth)

If you are visiting our private home office in Morley for an in-person session, please adhere to the following:

Come Alone: Unless you have booked a compatibility reading, please attend your session alone. Extra people in the room disrupt the energy field and distract from the focus of the reading.

Facilities: Please note that as this is a private family residence, we do not have public bathroom facilities available for clients. Please plan accordingly.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We treat your personal data with the utmost confidentiality.

Your birth details, photographs, and session notes are used strictly for the purpose of your reading.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information or contact details to any third parties.

You are welcome to record the audio of your own session for personal use. We do not keep video or audio recordings of your sessions unless specifically requested and agreed upon.

7. Changes to Bookings

If you realize you have accidentally booked the wrong service, do not cancel it. Please email or WhatsApp us immediately. We will manually adjust the booking on our end and send you a new confirmation so you do not have to pay twice.
